1st sick visit
Abram had his 1st sick visit today. Poor buddy has had a low grade fever, cough and congestion since Sunday afternoon. We've tried the humidifier, nasal saline, elevating his head, Tylenol and nothing seems to be helping. We keep getting fussier and fussier. Last night he slept for 30-45 minutes at a time.
So, the doctor checked him and did a nose swab and he has a mild case of RSV. He had a breathing treatment in the office and is going home with more breathing treatments. He also has an ear infection, so he'll have antibiotics for that. I'm happy that we caught the RSV before it got too bad. Many times babies his age end up in the hospital.
