Snow Day

So March 6th, 2008 was a snowy day in DFW. About 11:00am the rain/sleet/snow started falling from West to East. I work about 40 minutes west of home so by the time I got on the road to head back home at 1:00pm it took me about 1 & 1/2 hours to get home. It was a distractin to drive, becuase the snow flakes were about 1/2 dollar size. It took a little time to get into the driveway. Our neighbor's driveway is steeper then ours and she couldn't get into it.

I took Aiden outside for his 1st adventure in the snow. He would put his mittens on so once his hands were read he didn't want to be out any more. He enjoyed standing at the back door and watching it come down, too. Here are a couple of pictures of the day!!

Robert said Aiden looks like Randy from "A Christmas Story" saying, "But Mom, I can't put my arms down." He had 3 layers of clothes on!!
