What a weekend!
Time out~ Keep Nana in your thoughts and prayers, she isn't feeling well lately. She is at the hospital getting worked up.
Ok, so we had a great weekend!
Saturday we spent the morning cleaning house and getting ready for the Camp Rosales planning session. It was very productive and we feel that we got a lot done!! YEAH!!
Saturday afternoon/evening we had dinner and spent some good family and friend time together. We watched PS.. I love you, I balled my eyes out, while everyone else just laughed at me, well, Meghann balled her eyes out, too. Oh yeah and Aiden sprayed himself in the eye with Febreze Air Effects.
Aiden and I trimmed up the bushes in the front yard. Oh, butchered the bushes, whatever you want to call it. I will have to take a picture of our front bush that was growing over the sidewalk, because now it has no leaves, I trimmed it back to where it was supposed to be. Surely, the leaves will grow back, or the bush will just be balding forever!!
Sunday we had a nice morning breakfast. Spent some time in the back yard. (I have pictures of Aiden playing in the mud, I will put them up tonight) Then we moved a ton of Christmas and baby stuff to storage!!
Oh, and remember that I told you Aiden sprayed himself with Air Effects/Febreze. Well, at storage his eye started running more and turning redder. I called his Pedi's office, who told us to take him to the ER. So, we spent 2 hours of our afternoon trying to entertain a toddler in a ER area!! Only 2 hours though!! The doctor looked at the eye and gave that look of, "Well, I better give them something for it (although it doesn't really need anything) because they did come to the ER for a runny eye and they have waited for 1 & 1/2 hours to see me." Or, so I think that is what the look was. He did say that Febreze is like soap and just will irritate the eye, but won't cause any damage. We got some Dex drops for his eye.
Then we headed home, cooked dinner, hung out with Lisa and Brandon and went to bed!! It was a fairly busy weekend, but a restful, fulfilling weekend at that.
