OKC Trip

June 20th - 22nd we went up to Oklahoma City to visit a college buddy and his family. We met up with Josh, Karrisa, Ardiana, and Analicia and had a great weekend.

Saturday we got to OKC, checked into the hotel, put on bathing suits and headed to Josh's hotel pool. We bought a little swimming outfit for Aiden so that he might feel more comfortable swimming in a pool. Once we put it on him I couldn't stop laughing. It looked pretty funny. Robert kept telling me to stop laughing that I was going to give Aiden a complex or something, but it was too cute. You tell me...
Look at that cute tush.
This weekend was a lot of firsts for Aiden. That night we went to a Japanese Steak House and it was his first hibachi experience. He loved it!

Later that night, more firsts, we went to a Putt-Putt and Aiden played his first 18 holes and went on his first go-cart ride. (Which he absolutely loved.)

He held on for his life and would wave every time they passed where I was standing. I know they are just a blur, but it was tooooo cute.

Sunday we woke up and headed to the water park (another first for Aiden). He had sooo much fun there, too. We mainly stayed in the kid's area and the lazy river, but we hung out in the wave pool, also. I wish we would have taken a water proof camera or something, I didn't risk taking the Iphone near the water. So no pictures of the water park.

We went back to the hotel to take a nap, then went out to eat at The Cheesecake Factory, YUM!! This is the kiddos after dinner.

Monday morning we packed up and stopped by a park for Aiden to play at for a little while. It was super hot already, so he didn't do much playing.

Then, we met Pat, Kelly, Sterling and Zoey (more college buddies) at a Mexican food restaurant near the lake. I have some pictures that I need to put up of Aiden and Sterling playing under the table together. Super Cute. They are on the other camera though, so maybe tonight!

We got in the car and started home, within 5 minutes we had a sleeping toddler.
