Our July 4th
Our July 4th had a BBQ but lacked fireworks. :)
Friday morning Aiden and I headed to Fort Woof with Diego and Lola. It was already 90 degrees when we got there, so we didn't stay long, but we had fun while there.

Aiden found a cat toy that had fish on it and kept putting it in the water bowls like he was fishing.
Aiden and I took a nap while Robert went to the store.
Then, in the afternoon we went over to Nini and PatPat's house for a BBQ, where Aiden swam and had lots of fun with Parker and Cameryn, Robert watched Aiden and I laid on the couch. Lisa hung out with me to keep me company. :)
Sunday we ate breakfast with Gran and PawPaw and then went to Walmart to pick up Aiden's BIG BOY BED!!! We also picked up some Spiderman sheets for him for his new bed. He's been carrying them around since. He used the top sheet as his cover last night.
The plan is to get his room semi-painted this week and weekend so that we can put his bed together and get the room ready for him and Ana, before she comes. That would be nice. Right now we have boxes and boxes and bags of clothes (hand me down 3T and 4T clothes, too small clothes, Ana's clothes) all spilling out of his closet. Gran and I are going to try to get it organized this week, so that I will feel better about it.

Then, we went over to the Wolfer-Stephens house to hang out with them for a little while. Then we went to dinner with Gran, JN, Amy and Cameryn. (She is soooo cute, has little fat rolls on her knees, too cute) Then, we went back to the house to hang out with Eddie and Lisa for a while.
Bad news was from about 8:00pm Friday to Saturday around 9:00pm I was sick, sick, sick. I won't bother with the details. :) I think it might have been gallbladder related, but could have been food poisoning or a 24 hour bug, or whatever.
Saturday I spent the entire day on the couch. While Robert mowed the grass, went to the store and occupied Aiden.

We headed back home and watched some movies. Yep, no fireworks this year. It was 104 outside at 9:00pm, so we decided to skip the fireworks. Maybe next year.
