Punishment
Not for Aiden, but for me.
Last Saturday I woke up and decided, "Hey, I think our sheets need to be washed." I try to do it every 2 weeks or so. So I picked up the sheets and duvet cover and threw them in the washer. Then, about 30 minutes later I threw them in the dryer.
About 5 minutes after that I heard: Thump, Thump, Thump, coming from the dryer. I thought, That's funny I wonder what that is. Opened the dryer, searched through the wet sheets and found... My cell phone.
Now if you know me, I am pretty clumsy and have dropped my phone a time or maybe 2 times!! So, it was missing part of the molding that holds the screen in, missing the stylist (lost that on a plane ride), and was pretty scratched up. So, to say the least Robert and I were already looking for a new phone for him so that I could have his phone.
Well, I thought that Robert would be a little upset that I had washed the phone, he just shrugged it off and said that I could use his while he was out of town this week and he would call AT&T about the insurance he has on my phone. (He knew that I would break or wash my phone.)

It's a Treo 680 (they didn't have any of my old phone so I got an upgrade!!) Isn't she pretty!! I love the color red!!
So I have learned my lesson. I will look in the sheets before washing them. But, if you need any recommendations on where you can get your cell phone washed, just give me a call, I know a good place!!
