37 week appointment
37 week appointment went well.
I asked him about my pelvic pain and how it's getting a lot worse, especially after sitting or laying. He jokingly suggested that I stand all day. :) Then he said really it's just part of everything that's going on and there's not much else, other then Tylenol, that can be done.
I was also supposed to have an Eye Doctor appointment today, but Robert brought up that he thought that he had heard that the eye changes with pregnancy. We asked Dr. S and he said that Robert was right (I know a first) and that the eye does change during pregnancy and I should wait about 4-6 weeks after Ana is born to have them checked. (Hopefully, I can keep my contacts in working condition until then although they are the change every 2 week kind)
Then, he checked things out down there and said I am 2cm dilated and 50% effaced. He said that she could come tonight or 3 weeks from now, but he would guess between 7-10 days. (With Aiden I was dilated to a 3 for 3 weeks before he decided to venture out, but every pregnancy is different)
So, anytime now... really anytime NOW!! :)
Aiden's been keeping or sleeping schedule on baby mode. We've been watching TV too late at night to get caught up on a series, so we've been going to sleep around 11:30 or 12. Then, I get up between 4-5 times a night to use the restroom. On top of that Aiden's been waking up and coming to our bed every night for the past 2 weeks between 2 and 4 am. Greatness huh? So, I think our sleep schedule is getting ready for Ana, but I know she's still going to rock our world!! Can't wait!
